It was 3 days after Julia and Alan had spent over 16 hrs mountain biking, trekking, wading, swimming, rock climbing, abseiling and rifle shooting to complete the ARC "12 hour" race; so an "easy" training day was on the cards!

For the 4th week of training our numbers had dwindled from six on the first week to just Adrian and me. I hope this decline reverses soon as I don't want to race alone!
