Cure Kids fundraising kicks off for 2016 race
We're delighted to again have a Theta team competing in the Cure Kids Great Adventure Race, to be held on 19 March 2016 in Auckland. We've participated every year since 2012, and have raised more than $55,000 over the past five years for Cure Kids.

Lost in my own backyard
It all looked very simple on the map! Run down the road to the bridge, traverse the Karekare stream for a couple of k and up the Arthur Mead Track to Piha road. Then run a few trails back to home. The Karekare stream was great with lots of boulder hopping in open sections interspersed with cool little narrow gorges to wade up.

There and back again
The plan for the run was simple, starting on Scenic Drive, we would traverse a few tracks, drop down the Simla track, up the Anawhata stream and loop back to finish before dark.

Return to the Pararaha Gorge
The first group training session for 2015 took Alan, Dave and Adrian back to an old favourite, where we had our first ever training session back in 2012.

Training is under way and fundraising for this year's CureKids Great Adventure Race is gearing up too, with $4,229 raised so far to support CureKids. A world of deliciousness: international lunch fundraiser for Cure Kids
Last month we celebrated the many cultures that make up the Theta family in the best possible way – through food. Our Auckland office is a multicultural place - at last count we had hired the best and brightest from 31 different nations. We got a (literal) taste of those countries and cultures last week, through 24 different national dishes, prepared and shared as a fundraiser for Cure Kids.
