This customer had over 500,000 assets that had to be re-valued, re-categorised, and reloaded into their Fixed Asset Register. Theta analysed the data manipulation required and built a custom add-on to the Fixed Assets package that allowed the customer’s accounts department to extract the existing assets, apply rules-based manipulation, evaluate the result and reload the assets. The tool is so powerful that it has been retained for use in the next round of asset revaluations.
