Software Development and Integration Practice Manager

Andrew is the Software Development and Integration Practice Manager at Theta.

Andrew's expertise is in software delivery management, technical and application architecture, web development and agile approaches to software development.

Before joining Theta, Andrew was Software Delivery Manager for a UK internet bank and previously worked as a Technical Architect with global consulting firm Accenture delivering several large-scale Enterprise Java systems for government clients.

Andrew leads a large and talented team of designers and developers to create bespoke software to satisfy unique customer requirements. They primarily develop in Microsoft, Java, and Oracle environments but the technology is always secondary to the solution.

Andrew also heads up Theta's Research and Innovation area which investigates and explores new technologies and trends and how they can be best leveraged by our customers.

Andrew has been independently accredited as an Information Technology Certified Professional (ITCP) by NZCS, the professional body of the IT sector in New Zealand. For more information see www.itcp.co.nz.
