After a stint as our Service Desk Team Leader, Jacques is now a Service Delivery Manager. He brings with him 16 years of experience in the IT Industry - most of which was gained in service and training management.
He is passionate about excellent service delivery and believes that dedicated service to our customers is pivotal for a good business relationship.
He has international experience in various IT industries including document automation, banking, legal and telecommunications.
