Steve is Head of our Continuous Computing practice. This practice incorporates the infrastructure and systems consulting teams, our Service Desk and the Service Delivery teams. This role incorporates overseeing the delivery of our managed services to Theta’s customer base.
Steve has more than 30 years' ICT experience, from hands-on development to consulting, infrastructure operations and management. Before joining Theta, Steve’s previous roles spanned periods at ICT providers where he was actively involved in ICT Practice Management and the operational delivery of enterprise managed services.
Steve is ITIL certified with a keen focus on quality and excellence in service delivery.
Outside of work he is a keen fisherman and likes to spend time camping with his family.
