Steve is our Systems and Support Manager. He oversees delivery while managing our Service Desk and IT Systems Management teams - a growing area of business as customers increasingly outsource time-consuming and operational tasks to focus on their core business.
Steve has more than 23 years IT experience, from hands-on development to consulting and management. Most recently he was Operations Delivery Manager for Axon, looking after infrastructure and development services around their ITIL-aligned service desk.
Steve is ITIL certified with a keen focus on quality and excellence in service delivery.
Outside of work he is a keen fisherman and likes to spend time camping with his family.
