We already work with several organisations in and around this region, including Zespri, Port of Tauranga, Craigs Investment Partners, Tauranga City Council, Pacific Forest Products and Deosan.
CEO Rob Lee comments:
“This is a positive and logical next step for us. With an increasing number of customers in the Bay of Plenty area, it’s great to now have a local team and office to support our work here. Business opportunities in Tauranga are definitely on the increase,” he adds. “Our approach to working with customers is very much one of partnership – something that’s much easier to achieve when you’re on the ground and part of the local business ecosystem.”
Tauranga is our fourth office in New Zealand, joining others in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and we are actively recruiting in the area.
To launch our Tauranga presence we held a half-day digital workshop recently, walking local organisations through the customer engagement and experience journey with Microsoft solutions.
Attendees - from throughout the region and as far away as Rotorua - heard about using analytics to better understand customers' buying cycles and behaviours, how chatbots can interact with customers 24x7x365, and the evolution of CRM systems towards marketing automation.
The event also gave attendees the chance to network with peers from other organisations and share ideas and experiences.
With a growing team based in our new office, and more staff being recruited, the future looks bright in the bay!
