Hybrid working

North, south, or somewhere in between, wherever you're working from, you'll have access to a great team and diverse, interesting projects and customers. We encourage employees to work the hours that are best for them and allow them to deliver according to expectations. We work 3 days in office/2 days remote, with offices in Auckland Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch.

Life at Theta

When I moved to Theta, I was suddenly exposed to a plethora of new technologies and industries. It was novel to apply my experience in new ways and to discover alternate ways of thinking.
