Finalists in Microsoft NZ Partner Awards 2020

By

Theta

Theta is a finalist in the 2020 Microsoft New Zealand Partner Awards, with finalist projects in five categories: Business Applications, Transforming Products, ISV Partner, Optimising Operations and Empowering Employees.

With all that 2020 has brought us, we’re extremely pleased that we’ve been able to continue exceeding expectations with our technology projects. There’s no doubt that this year, the Microsoft Partner Awards will showcase some of the most innovative projects, imaginative products and talented people that we have in New Zealand. We’re very proud to be recognised in that line-up.

“These awards are particularly special this year. They recognise a commitment from all NZ Microsoft Partners to continue delivering outstanding projects whilst navigating a radically changing world. The Partner Awards are an opportunity to celebrate how we’ve kept the focus on meeting our customers’ changing needs in the face of all this. Congratulations to all other Microsoft Partner finalists this year. It’s well deserved.” Rob Lee, Theta CEO

Finalist categories

We've been announced as finalists in the following categories:

Business Applications

We produced the Theta Integration Hub as an extension to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It offers a plug n’ play solution to exchange data from or to Business Central and other systems: customers, vendors, banks, 3rd party logistics, e-commerce platforms and many more.

Transforming Products

Theta identified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform as an ideal fit for replacing a legacy system for The Human Rights Commission. Users can now enjoy a more accessible system, reports are much simpler to generate and the addition of the Power BI layer has enabled enhanced reporting.

ISV Partner

In April this year in the midst of level 4 lockdown, Theta’s innovation lab invented EVA Check-in – a contactless check-in solution. Designed to help organisations with their guest register requirements, EVA Check-in was built and launched in just 12 days. In the 6 months since then, it’s gone on to become a successful product with over 2.6 million contactless, fast and secure check-ins across more than 500 customers and thousands of sites.

Optimising Operations

Together with our customer, we developed an analytics solution using Microsoft Cloud technologies.

Empowering Employees

With the implementation of a wide range of apps from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, our customer is now charging ahead in their technology journey thanks to a seamless setup of Microsoft tools and integrations.

Congratulations to our finalists, and to all other partners who've been recognised. We look forward to the awards night on 27th November.
