Cure Kids races done n’ dusted

$150k for Cure Kids!
Exciting news - after supporting Cure Kids for 10 years, we've just hit our milestone of $150,000 raised! A target set last year, we're proud to support New Zealand's largest funder of child health research and look forward to many, many more fundraisers to come.

Prepping for 2021's Whangamata Adventure Race
We managed to squeeze in an adventure race just before lockdown in 2020 and thought perhaps 2021 could be off the cards, but we're happy to say that we're signed up for 2021's race - and it's coming up in a few months. Cue some panic training!

Rookie recap: the 8-hour Cure Kids adventure race
On Saturday 7th March, our Theta race team of 4 took part in their annual Adventure Race. This time around, they travelled to the beautiful Coromandel to compete in the new 8-Hour Cure Kids category that we’d been working alongside Cure Kids and Adventure Race Coromandel to set up. To date, we’ve raised over $126k for Cure Kids with this race being another addition to our fundraising efforts.

Adventuring into 2020
You may already know that we’ve been avid supporters of the Cure Kids Great Adventure Races over the past few years and have competed in them since 2012. Unfortunately, these Great Adventure races came to an end in 2018. While this could have been a perfect opportunity to get a bit of rest & relaxation, our adventurers didn’t want to stop (and chief adventurer, Alan Moore, simply wouldn’t have allowed it!)

2018 Cure Kids Great Adventure Race Report
On Saturday 17th March our adventure race team lined up in the Cure Kids Great Adventure Race.
