Ella is a Delivery Practice Lead in the Project Delivery team. She is responsible for delivering Theta’s internal projects and product development portfolio, which draws on her project and service delivery background.
Ella employs a business-oriented, pragmatic approach. For the initiatives she manages, she oversees every aspect of the project to ensure our teams turn out great results every time. Ella’s passion for change management and her people-centric focus ensures Theta continues to meet its strategic goals and continuously improve our internal systems and processes.
