Sreng is our designated People and Culture Analyst, he helps maintain Theta’s exciting, dynamic and diverse workspace. With a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, and a genuine enthusiasm for cultivating positive and inclusive workspaces, Sreng is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll speak to on the team.
Sreng moved to New Zealand in 2019 to pursue his Master's degree and joined the Theta team. He is dedicated to creating environments where everyone feels valued and empowered. When he's not at work, Sreng enjoys activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as workouts, swimming, meditating, and practising mindfulness.
