Overview

Give your team a practical way to explore what an AI agent could do for your organisation. Rather than starting with the technology, we start with a business problem: where work takes time, information is hard to find or a process could benefit from better support.

Over four weeks, we’ll work with you to refine one use case, design and build an agent and test it against real scenarios. You’ll leave with a working proof of concept and recommended next steps to move toward production. The aim is to help you make an informed decision before committing to a larger implementation.

Build your agent, test it against your use case

Many organisations see the potential of AI agents and are still figuring out where they can create value, how to manage their risks and how to get started without overcommitting. Without structured guidance, teams can lose time on uncoordinated experimentation, inconsistent results and solutions that do not meet business, security or governance requirements.

FAQs

Who is this package for?

  • The package is suited to business leaders, process owners, subject matter experts, innovation teams and technology teams with a practical business problem they want to explore. Participants should be able to contribute operational knowledge, make decisions about the use case and take part in collaborative build sessions.

Is this a technical training course?

  • No. While the package includes hands-on work in Copilot Studio, it is designed to be practical and accessible to both business and technical participants. The focus is how to apply AI agents to a defined business use case.

Do we need to have a use case before we begin?

  • Yes, preferably. The engagement works best when your team brings a business-relevant use case with a clear and limited scope. Theta will help refine the use case during the initial workshop.

Is implementation included?

  • No. Implementation, development work, detailed solution architecture, procurement and change management execution are out of scope.

Will we receive a production-ready AI agent?

  • No. The package delivers a proof of concept. Production implementation, detailed solution architecture, integrations, testing, security design and change management can be scoped separately.

What platform is used?

  • You will use Microsoft Copilot Studio. Any required licensing, tenant access, data access or environment preparation will be confirmed during discovery.

How is responsible AI addressed?

  • The training and collaborative build cover ethics, limitations, governance and good practice. We help your team consider data handling, output quality, human oversight and the appropriate use of AI agents in your environment.

Can the package be delivered remotely?

  • Yes. The standard delivery approach can be remote, with onsite delivery available by agreement.

What happens after the package?

  • Theta will present the Proof of Concept, capture agreed refinements and prepare a plan outlining the recommended next steps to move towards a production-ready implementation.

Are there T&Cs?

  • Yes. Standard T&Cs apply.
