Lauren leads our recruitment sector within the People and Culture team at Theta. She and the team deliver full end-to-end recruitment services, which include working with INZ immigration/visa requirements, onboarding, and inductions. They also provide managers and the wider business with HR support in managing the Theta employee lifecycle.
Lauren joined Theta in 2019 as the HR Recruitment Lead and has over 28 years of local and international recruitment experience. She has recruited numerous roles across multiple sectors, including IT, Engineering, Accounting and Finance. Before joining Theta, Lauren ran her own successful recruitment agency for several years specialising in IT roles, and her customers ranged from well-known global brands to local start-ups. Before this, Lauren worked for several recruitment agencies and has always enjoyed building and maintaining solid relationships with her customers and candidates.
