Lindi brings over 30 years of business experience, with the last 15+ years specialising in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing solutions. She has extensive experience designing and delivering scalable, user-centred CRM solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, supporting organisations from discovery through to implementation and optimisation.
As Delivery Unit Lead, Lindi leads a team of highly talented consultants, working closely with them to ensure customers receive first-class solutions and consistent delivery excellence. She believes strongly in partnering with customers as an extension of their teams, aligning closely to shared goals and working as one united front to achieve successful outcomes.
Lindi has a particular passion for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and marketing automation, where she enjoys helping customers bring sales and marketing together through effective lead nurture journeys, segmentation and automated insights. She works closely with customers to translate business goals into practical, measurable engagement strategies that drive adoption and value.
