Vlad is one of our technical leads; he came to New Zealand and joined Theta in 2017 as a Senior Consultant. Within the first year, he was recognised as a highly qualified team leader and was promoted to Technical Lead. He uses his skills daily to build products, tools and processes for our Dynamics365 team and customers.
Vlad devotes a particular focus to knowledge sharing, user experience, performance and making sure that everyone in the D365 team has all the necessary skills and tools to execute their role. Before joining Theta, Vlad built his experience as a Technical Architect in Malta, UK, Germany and Ukraine on a variety of challenging projects. Colleges characterize Vlad as a peacekeeper and a professional who will find a solution to practically any problem.
