Theta announces new parental leave benefits
From 1 October 2022, Theta employees welcoming a child into their family will be entitled to parental leave top-ups, a return to work bonus, and paid partner leave for the secondary caregiver.

New and refreshed offices for Tauranga & Auckland
2022 has been the year of transformation. We jumped right into a full office makeover, and we’ve now moved back in and set up shop. So far, we've shared a few company updates, many pizzas and a few Friday drinks in the new spaces already, and as the final touches start to come together, we'd like to thank our team for their dedication to getting this done.

The Women Rising experience, from women of Theta
Theta's Women Rising journey expanded recently, with 21 Theta women completing this year's March-August intake, wrapping up our second cohort. We’ve also enrolled 11 women in the Sept 22 – Feb 23 intake, which is already underway. The Women Rising programme was made available to Microsoft Partners back in 2021, and we’re stoked to be part of the movement! New North Shore office! Our latest office addition
